From Justin to Kelly is American Idol's way of milking all the money they can out of their season 1 winner and runner-up, Kelly Clarkson and Justin Guarini. It is a story about girl meets boy on Spring Break. That's it...nothing more to the story.

I'm a huge fan of Kelly Clarkson, so of course I went and saw this in the theater when it first released. I also bought the movie on DVD - hence me watching it now. The film does have a few good songs, but overall, I have no idea why this movie was made.

Katherine Bailess, who plays Alexa, is probably one of the most annoying women I have ever heard speak in my entire life. She's even more annoying than Kristin Chenoweth, and that's saying something coming from me because Kristin Chenoweth is extremely intolerable to me. And then to top it all off, Katherine plays a b-otch of a character. I don't know how Kelly's sweet, innocent character can even have her as a friend.

There's really not much else to say about this film. The ONLY reason I own it is because I love Kelly Clarkson. Her voice, her personality - she's just perfect.

I give From Justin to Kelly a whopping 1 out of 5 stars.
