My mission is to watch every movie I personally own. While watching each movie, I will review it and either confirm why I own this movie, or question my choices in life. I started this mission over three years ago...what can I say, I am not a very motivated individual.

Review: Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle
#100 - Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle
Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle has no point, and really no plot other than two stoned guys trying to find White Castle in the middle of the night. To be quite honest, I don't know why I ever found this movie funny. The only redeeming quality are the random cameos throughout the film. Bobby Lee, Ryan Reynolds, Neil Patrick Harris, Christopher Meloni, and Jamie Kennedy...other than that, the movie's a complete fail.
Throw in the Mountain Dew Extreme crew, and I am not really sure what is happening for 99% of the film.
I will say though that I am kind of glad this movie was made because it rebooted NPH's career. He had fallen off the map for a really long time after Doogie Howser went off the air, and now he's a huge phenomenon. I hate to associate his return and success with this film, but I can't help but say it's true.
Not exactly sure what else to say...because I am writing this review while I still need to watch more than half of the movie. That's how bad it is. I don't even want to continue to watch it.
I wonder if all the stoners out there realize that this movie is showing how much drugs can mess up your life? Do the writers even realize that's what they did?
I give Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle 1 out of 5 stars.
